Our Call to Stewardship

Stewardship  helps our parish grow in a spirit of generosity — of time, talent, and treasure — so that our community and ministries can flourish. Through education, encouragement, and opportunities to give and serve, this commission invites parishioners and families to share their gifts in ways that deepen their faith and strengthen the life of our parish.

Stewardship

Stewardship is defined as the practice of God’s presence in all that we do. It is recognizing that everything we are, and everything we have, are gifts from God. We are called to be grateful and generous with those gifts. God reveals His perfect and infinite love for us most visibly in His Son, Jesus Christ. A steward makes God’s love visible by imitating Jesus.

God needs nothing and is self-sufficient in every way, but He still wants us to Worship Him, Grow as disciples and Serve Him and our neighbors. All of this is a privilege given to us by God to nurture a life integrated in Him.

Parish & Stewardship Guide

Worship

As Catholics, we come together in communal worship during the Liturgy of the Eucharist, otherwise known as Mass. There are daily Masses and several weekend Masses here at St. Thomas More.

We also offer many different liturgical ministries which bring people together in prayer, service and worship.
